Aubergine and garlic pizza
Made a nice pizza for lunch, my partner did the dough and left it for me. I rolled it out and added tomato puree, fried aubergine and garlic and topped it off with mozzarella cheese.
It looks nice, sadly you will have to imagine it for now as I have no laptop connection. I will try and post a picture when its done.
